Ryan Gosling was a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night and he was cajoled (not really) by Kimmel to perform the song You Always Hurt the One You Love on the ukulele on national television. As some of you may be well aware, Gosling performs You Always Hurt the One You Love in his new film Blue Valentine so his performance last night was a great way to promote the film.

Is it just me or is it PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE not to fall in love with Ryan Gosling every single time he does something like this … well, every time he does anything, actually. This is a great performance by a great performer. Ain’t he just the cutest ever?

Leeza Gibbons Gets Hitched!

Leeza Gibbons has some big news to share! Yep, she tied the knot in a super, secret wedding to fiance Steven Fenton…atta girl! Such an exciting time for the two lovebirds and their loving family! It was a family affair! The intimate and secretive wedding just happened days ago, with only Leeza’s children present for the ceromony, now that’s personal! What’s more is that 54-year old Gibbons and 41-year old Fenton were married at midnight on Wednesday, atop the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills, a very sentimental location where the newlyweds had there very first date. They were surrounded by candlelight, decorated with white roses from their Beverly Hills love nest and joined in holy matrimony in front of Leeza’s three kids…can it get any better than that? Yes it can. Not only was Gibbons children present, but the kids actually conducted the ceremony themselves! Leeza’s daughter Lexi and son Troy became ordained ministers online and officiated, while her other son Nathan exchanged rings which each ring signified each member of their family. How neat is that! Yesterday was a fairly quiet day around here … I spent much of the day relaxing at home while David and his college BFF Diana went shopping all over town. I met up with them after they finished their little outing and we all met up with Josh and Darion for a fun dinner at Gobi Mongolian BBQ in Silverlake, CA:

While I must admit that Gobi isn’t quite as good as my beloved BD’s Mongolian BBQ back home in Detroit, it was a pretty passable runner-up. We all had a great time together.

Tonight, I’m planning to check out Tom Lenk‘s new one-man show at the Comedy Central Theater here in LA … I’m so excited!!
