LiLo owes over $140K in unpaid taxes and having the IRS on her back isn't her cup of tea!
Lindsay Lohan is trying to strike a deal with Uncle Sam to pay off her unpaid taxes of 2009 and 2010.
Her spokesperson said the following about her bar government tab:
